1. Services Provided

Rose’s Hands provides intuitive wellness coaching and support services designed to empower teenagers and young adults. These services may include mentoring, emotional support, personal development guidance, and wellness coaching.

Services provided by Rose’s Hands are not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or legal advice.

 

2. Eligibility

Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent before participating in services. A parent or guardian may be required to complete a consent form before sessions begin.

 

3. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Information provided during sessions, workshops, or communications is for educational and personal development purposes only.

Rose’s Hands does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. Clients experiencing medical or mental health concerns should seek assistance from a licensed healthcare professional.

 

4. Personal Responsibility

Clients agree that they are fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results. Rose’s Hands does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or mentorship services.

 

5. Confidentiality

Rose’s Hands respects client privacy and will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

• There is a risk of harm to the client or others

• Abuse or neglect is suspected

• Disclosure is required by law

 

6. Payments and Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Payment terms may include:

• Payment due prior to session

• Session fees are non-refundable once services are provided

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a missed session fee.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Rose’s Hands, including worksheets, guides, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Rose’s Hands and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

By using Rose’s Hands services, you agree that Rose’s Hands and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.

 

10. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to engage respectfully. Rose’s Hands reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Rose’s Hands reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
