Session Investment

$85= 50 minutes

Payment & Booking

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Card.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a forfeited session fee.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

At Rose's Hands, we are committed to providing meaningful and supportive wellness and coaching services. Because our services involve time, preparation, and personalized guidance, the following refund policy applies.

1. Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled session.

2. Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Please note that session time cannot be extended for late arrivals. Your session begins precisely at the scheduled time, and any lost time due to lateness cannot be recovered.

3. Prepaid Packages

If a client purchases a package of multiple sessions:

  • Refunds may be requested before the first session begins.

  • Once the first session has been used, refunds are generally not available for the remaining sessions.

4. Teen Services

For services provided to minors:

  • A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and complete all required forms before services begin.

  • Refunds follow the same policies listed above.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, Rose's Hands may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of refunds is at our discretion.
